You may have recently installed the Windows XP update 'SP2' and are unable to download forms form the MCI website ........ if this the case you need to edit your browser security settings to allow access to all files you require. To do so you need to open Internet Explorer, select Internet Options from the Tools menu, select the Security Tab and click on Custom Level..... and then do the following:

1. To turn off the Information Bar for file downloads, in the Downloads section of the list, under Automatic prompting for file downloads, click Enable.

2. To turn off the Information Bar for ActiveX controls, in the ActiveX controls and plug-ins section of the list, under Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls, click Enable.
